My self loathing due to agp and slight dysphoria have become so great, that I started hating whole me and every around. How to function again?

Just try hrt if it gets that bad, it usually helps

Well I can hardly say that I 'function' properly but what exactly is it doing to you cause to me it's more of an enriching thing with a little melancholy rather than anything else.
