That's the thing - you're correct I am young, have had poor experiences with health sector, have witnessed many die under the hands of it, etc
there is not a way I can find those tools/ability to deal with it on my own
ive always one to simply tackle my issues head first instead of revel in my trauma, as far as Im concerned the only way to fix this issue in particular is to transition.

as much of a meme as it sounds, ive been able to alleviate at least the onset symptoms of almost everything related to past issues through healthier eating, regular exercise, good sleep patterns with aid of medication, etc
voices, parasomnias, mental collapses from triggers, all were at least alleviated under a strategy as such, this is not and is an ongoing want

transitioning is dealing with it, though it leaves much to be desired, that is such with all mental cases

Update 2: Now that I know all the system efficiencies I have finally managed to work out the required lift-to-drag ratios for each airfoil section of the blade. Because I have no fancy flow simulation software I had to spend hours on iterative calculations by hand. Well, takes my mind of being a tranny, that is the point. Now I can finally draw and print. Will post a picture of it if it prints out successfully.

I remember being in your situation and i had the similar feelings. Remember breaking down and crying in the middle of job interviews, getting into fights with random strangers on the streets and so on. i felt like their was a never ending cycle of frustration and sadness in my life until i got serious help and turns out i had forming bipolar and so on then i went on medication and going through therapy atm. I had the same miss trust for medication when i was younger due to them fucking me with a false adhd diagnoses.
I'm not going to try to talk you out of transitioning but sometimes the most common traveled path is the best one.
Treat yourself as you wish but remember that a treatment that could change your life and most importantly make it harder, could living with the pain be easier then having to go through the transition phase and maybe you learning how to cope better with dis morphia may be a better solution. You still have plenty of more options left.
