Actually a very small role in divorce. She got over it pretty quickly. She didn't think I was gay, or at least claimed not to think so. She just felt like I had been hiding things from her, and was pretty paranoid/suspicious to begin with, so it was one more log on the lack of trust fire.

I also always thought of it having more of an impact on her than she let on, so I sort of mindfucked myself on that score. But how could something like that not linger in a woman's mind, or on the back burner? I always felt after that that I wasn't man enough to justify my marriage to her, and I'm sure those feelings manifested in distancing myself emotionally, even though I was trying hard to be a decent husband.

At the end of the day, I think it had more of a lasting effect on me than her.
