semi-serious answer, autistic people are bad at picking up social cues and properly fitting into social roles anyway. They are likely to have less to lose from transition. Non-autistic MtFs have incentive to repress for longer because they're more likely to be successful and fit in in their life as a man and be good at fitting into a male role even if it's painful for them to do so. They're more likely to have friends and gfs they'd lose if they transitioned than an autist would.

Of course there are autistic people with happy, successful pre-transition lives that they don't want to give up, and neurotypical people who have terrible lives with literally nothing left to lose, but as a generalisation.
