tl;dr for whatever reason a lot of pre-transition transwomen have AGP. It was once thought that AGP turns you trans but that view has since been abandoned by the medical establishment, a few fossils aside. Nowadays transsexuality is thought to be caused by exposure to an abnormal level of sex hormones during natal development.

In my opinion only Puerica Mirifica is strong enough to do that, don't take more than 2000mg a day and take a blood test to make sure things are working good.

But taking estrodiol can't change your hip structure either past 18 because bone is almost solidified by then. Females also have wombs which expand during puberty and pregnancy which is another reason why their hips are bigger than males.

I don't think there is a fundamental difference between AGPs with dysphoria and AGPs without. Instead, I think there's a variety of factors which affect how dysphoric you are (e.g. intensity/exclusivity of AGP, bodily masculinity, etc.), including things which can change a lot (e.g. your understanding of sexual dimorphism).

AGP only seems to cause what people would call "dysphoria" at the upper end of the spectrum, in the most extreme cases, but I wouldn't rule out it causing less-intense versions of feelings that in their most intense form would be called "dysphoric".

So, intensity of AGP seems pretty obvious: if you're only just barely AGP, then you're probably not going to be dysphoric about it. On the other hand, if it's as intense or more intense than the rest of your sexuality, then it's probably not all that unreasonable to think that you might feel... at least very envious of women? The connection between desire to be female and autogynephilia is dependent on the intensity of the autogynephilia. The 50%-ish numbers include men who are only *barely* autogynephilic, and they generally don't want to be women. In addition, the connection between desire to be female and dysphoria is not absolute, but instead complicated by all sorts of factors. I'd also say that it's not clear that all gender dysphoric people should transition (nor is it clear that no non-gender-dysphoric people should transition).

It is *definitely* not the case that all A*Ps should transition.
