Instead, make a goal of saving a little each day towards it. If you struggle, take confidence in knowing you will keep trying until you get it right. Its ok to stumble sometimes as long as you dont accept it as standard.
4. Take some time to assess yourself, see if you are really caring about yourself. Self respect isnt just a flowery concept, its built into survival. You can live without it, its just a lot harder. The point is to appreciate what you do have, even little things, then look for ways you can improve in visible ways.
5. This will get you in better shape to put the rest of the world and people in it into a better perspective thats more healthy. Presently, you are so wrapped up in others and abstracts like the future that its crippled your ability to deal with life in the present.
