No where. All dating websites and apps are 99% people looking for hookups (and rapists!) Most gay clubs are similar too, and you can't risk just hitting on anyone unless you don't mind getting punched.

OkCupid is probably your best option, as it doesn't have as big a focus on sex as other gay sites and apps. That being said, I havent had much luck with it personally.
