Bought one. Got a medium size, medium firm nocturne. The knots are amazing- get one with a knot. If I had to redo my purchase I'd have gotten a small size in hard firmness. It was slightly too big but now I can get it in and I feel like I've ruined myself in the best/worst way. Tldr: go with a small or you're going to be let down with IRL dick.
