/pol/tards will all hold different sides of an argument and then afterwards pretends it was unanimously on the winning side all along.
As seen with the US election where /pol/tards argued for every candidate why they were gonna win.

I've had srs, over 10 years ago with a good surgeon. It looks perfectly fine, I can have orgasms with the proper stimulation, and my heterosexual boyfriend and I have great sex. Contrary to the standard cop(/pol/)y-pasta, it is not a "Wound trying to heal it self closed", I have never accumulated a "plug of hair and dried urine", and after the initial first year post op, I no longer have to dilate regularly, although having regular sex with my boyfriend and occasionally using toys is a pleasurable substitute.

Negatives? Well, I'm sure that if you threw me in stirrups and turned on a megawatt fluorescent lamp, haters could find something to criticize.
