Your proportions are good though, your hips are wide, not sure about the waist but you have plenty of muscle/fat there so it could show up when you lose
Either way waist training is a thing if you're really bad


You should at least start AAs and lose weight, worst case scenario you find out you're still unpassable and lose some time feeling shit due to lack of hormones, best case you realize your starting point was actually decent and just hop on regular HRT and pass
Even if you take regular hrt, physical detransition is not that hard for AMABs (unless you get FFS/SRS), even if you ended up never passing you should be ok
