I knew a girl in high school who got a nose job. She had a totally normal straight nose, but she traded it in for a cute little button nose - or at least, that's clearly what she was going for. But her face looked like this horrible mask for MONTHS afterward. It did finally look cute, but yeah. It took months for her face to "settle" or whatever.
