here's what you would look like if you plucked your eyebrows like i do. i feel like your eyebrows are very long and thick which makes them look masculine, which can stand to be fixed to pass even better.
otherwise, you pass better than most people in this thread. other than plucking your eyebrows, the only other thing you can do is a subtle rhinoplasty.
the bridge of your nose, esp. where it meets your brow, is very raised and narrow, which is another basic masculine facial feature. i'd get that shaved down just a bit, but not too much- you don't want lana del rey nose. a more feminine nose is slightly wider at the bridge and lower, closer to a child's nose than a masculine nose is.
like i said, you already pass very well, but with these tips you can make yourself indistinguishable completely from a cis woman.

as for your voice, its great, it passes.. it's totally a valley girl voice :)

it sounds like youre at the top of your range and forcing your voice really thin right before your falsetto. Projecting louder would help and slightly lowering your pitch. If youre struggling to maintain your resonance while moving to lower pitches, either your resonance is being forced due to pitch (your pitch is so high it basically forces your voice out your nose, I think that's it) and a not "true" resonance difference, or you've just not enough muscle control and you need to practise speaking at various pitches while holding your larynx in place and such.

I can record some examples if you want but I'm not an expert.

I dont really get picked on. I had the same hair at 1 month HRT in pic related and no-one seemed to care even when it covered my entire face like that chick from The Ring. I could see through it fine but all people saw was probably one eye where I parted it. I have been told by one girl that I either look gay or trans and she's surprised people don't know.
