on a serious note, its a general trend, things tend to be alot more crowded and expensive in the south. i mean it doesnt take a rocket scientist to look at the demographics. plus, you guys get the most immigrants and that further complicates things.

Hrt etc, is viewed as a more elective procedure and not as an emergency, which kinda makes sense, if someone had a car crash you should prioritize them and spend the money on them to get them better.
