To expand on that, and in regards to you personally, I think most of that fits you decently. You do pass, and aren't super ugly, but aren't super good looking either. You have a mix of some really pretty features, and some really not pretty features. Your head-shape, jawline, and face-to-head size ratio are all very good and passing, so is your nose. Your eyes are kinda cock-eyed which definitely doesn't do you any favors in terms of attractiveness, but it doesn't make you less passing, it just makes you a less attractive woman. If anything they may help with passing, even if they weren't cockeyed like that, I don't think your eyes would necessarily be your best feature, a little small, and the cock-eyed ness might help distract from that a little. Your smile is incredibly awkward, and it might just be the bad smile but I don't think your mouth looks very good. Not like, not passing awful, just not very pretty/feminine, kinda lame lips.

The one thing you really need to change to pass would be you have some 5 o'clock shadow stuff going on, I don't know if you've done facial hair removal, or finished it, but if not you really need to do so. If you already have, that sucks, maybe try something with makeup foundation to hide it.

Part of smile I guess, but work on your lips. Fuller lips and prettier eyes would do wonders for you. As part of eyes too, the bags under your eyes, those need attention. They work on some faces, not yours.

With those changes, correcting your eyes, nicer lips/eye area in general, a pretty smile, you would genuinely be not just 100% passing, but genuinely very very pretty, I feel like at least.

If you go to just a dermatologist I think they have some things you can do.

Other than that, try to get sleep, use cold compresses, that sort of thing. Sleep with a cool face mask, press cold spoons into your eyes, stuff like that.

I honestly don't think you need rhino/chin/maxilary anything like that. Go ahead if you want, but you would really pass, and honestly be pretty good looking even without it. It wouldn't hurt mind you, I just think that you're pretty good there.

Lip lift will do you wonders, definitely definitely do that. I don't know how fixable your eyes are, I'm just not familiar with what's doable, but if you can fix the lazy eye and get really good with eye make-up that would do wonders.

Aw. That is a nice story, but not really my situation.

See the thing is, I'm realizing more and more how much I want to be a girl, and how girly and feminine I can feel, and how feminine I've been acting in the past, but I don't really have much of any dysphoria. It's quite the opposite, I actually do enjoy being a guy, and if I were to transition, even though I'd like being a girl in a vacuum a lot more, there are things I'd miss about being a guy. And on top of all of that, I'm 6'2, giant head, broad shoulders, big feet, huge rib cage, stuff like that. Passing would be literally impossible, there is no amount of hormones and effort and surgery that could ever make me really pass. And on top of that I have career goals, ambitions, stuff like that. As much as I want to, and more and more I realize how much I want to, transitioning just doesn't make sense, and I really would be less happy in the long run.

So that leaves me to live vicariously through other girls who do transition, who can make it where I can't. And seeing transgirls make progress and pass and look good and be happy about themselves and improve their lives is really exhilarating and exciting.

Laser/electro for the facial hair shadow, that's huge your #1 priority. Even with hrt only at 2 weeks your skin look great though, so congrats there.

You're definitely gonna want ffs in regards to your jaw. That chin is very mannish especially.

The top half of your face already looks pretty good, definitely sort of androgynous. I'd play around with both your eyebrows and make-up around the eyes (especially eye shadow), don't really have anything specific to try, just y'know, try different things and see if anything really works.
