Is your family lgbt friendly?
Are your friends lgbt friendly?

It might be easiest to just get on hrt and then wait till someone notices the effects to start coming out to people.
Or if you have a friend who you're really close to who you're sure won't out you, you should sit down with them alone, let them know it's serious talk time, and just blurt out "I'm transgender" and see where the conversation goes.
