wahabbi muslims (mostly in saudi arabia) are the only ones who arent.
sunni muslims are moderate on the issue, (like pakistan) but arent very nice.

shia muslims (mostly in iran) give government funded srs+ffs+hrt. and treat it as a top priority (they dont want homosex to happen).

ahmadiya muslims + sufi muslims are very liberal on the issue and dont mind at all, they expect you to pay yourself though. (these guys pushed pakistan and india to legalise it)

then there are minority sects such as non-denominational and reform muslims, mutazilites etc. they are also fine with the issue.
these muslims are more commonly found in the west but as of recent have started to lower in number
