not at all. Post SRS you can use the pelvic floor muscles(Kegels) and tranverse abdominis(suck in your stomach) to squeeze down but it is TOTALLY different in sensation. A real vagina actually grips and massages whatever's in it internally and has contractions up and down the whole length of it during orgasm, unless it's stretched out too much.

the muscles of the vagina also play a role in scooping sperm towards the cervix during orgasm and helping push a baby out during birth.

Having had SRS there are definitely muscles that tighten up. If there's ever an issue it's more with insertion than removal though. Around 2 1/2" in is where the worst resistance would be.

I don't think the pelvis is the issue, more the arrangement of the soft tissue. The need for dilation does go down quite a bit though as everything gets used to having a cavity there.
The pelvis would be an issue with trying to give birth vaginally, whenever technology gets to the point where that's an issue.

It's complicated. Part of what I like is what it is and part of what I like is what it isn't. I think PIV sex feels a lot more comfortable than anal and I prefer it. Now I can do either or both. You only need a little lube for prep. My neovag seems better able to handle repeated use too.
My previous junk was more a source of pain than pleasure, psychologically and physically. It was *always* in the way and it's too easy to get injured painfully. Tucking sucks. Physically I already talked about how the muscles work, and that penetration generally feels comfortable and that it can handle repeated and vigorous use although obviously at some point you'll get sore. The girth of whatever is going in makes a big difference in how sore you get.
The girth issue is maybe the one area where there are the biggest limitations. You can expand the diameter over time by dilating but going to a larger size than you're used to can be painful. I can do 5" girth OK but that's about it. BBC isn't going to work.

The biggest is 32 mm/ 1 1/4". That's easy peasy for me. The biggest I have and use is 1 1/2"/38 mm. fwiw I wasn't told to dilate nearly as much as Chettawut recommends. He has you doing 2 1/2 hours a day for 2 years but I never did it that much in a day and I cut back much sooner. Unfortunately I lost my instructions and can't remember the exact routine anymore.

Also the shrunken remnants of the prostate can still respond to stimulation. I will say though that bumpy dildos can be really fun and interesting. They stimulate the insides a lot better.

Pelvic exams are a thing that aren't very fun. Before I even transitioned I had the Joan Rivers album "What Becomes a Semi-Legend Most?" and there's a routine about going to the gynecologist on there. The first time I had a pelvic exam it was cool and exciting, and the first thing I did when I got home was listen to the "Going to the Gynecologist" routine. However, second and subsequent times it's not fun and something more to dread. It's not painful as much as embarrassing and stressful. The one good thing is that at this point I don't always get examined because there hasn't been anything unusual going on down there and I haven't had any complaints that needed checking out.
