I agree with most of what has been written here.

I am ~3-3.5in flaccid and ~6.75-7in hard and I think that is normal as far as growth, your dick roughly doubles in size when it gets erect. So a 5incher flaccid would be about 8-10in long hard so yeah genetic freak tier. Also remember that a penis grows in girth as well as length when it gets hard and unless you have an absolute monster dick in both length and girth you typically wont be able to see it in most pants. The only person I even know IRL where I can visibly see their junk through their pants is one of my trans friends, she has a super thick dick and is more of a shower than a grower, but I think its more it shows because she wears female cut shorts so she has to tie it down; mens cut stuff has more storage space for your "package".
