Just got an appointment with a psychiatrist who specializes in trans stuff, he wants three appointments over 12 weeks, is he autistic? He wants me to wait until the 24th November for my final appointment when he should finally prescribe me hormones, until then I'm doing it DIY.

That seems normal if you're not going to an informed consent clinic. If you are going to one, there's a form you fill out and they give you the prescriptions after an initial blood test.

there are such doctors in my country too. but there are also the ones who will get you on hrt within a week. I found such doc, he gave me official diagnosis and tests at once, and prescribed my hormones immediately.
Ask around. Search. Find yourself a cooperative doctor like that.
