My genes make me slim and strong by nature so this might not be the best andvice, but I'll help a nigga out. You shouldn't lift weights, like at all. Maximum 4 kilograms if you do. You should also take jogs or if you are hardcore continous sprints, they will build you a bit of muscle, but you will also loose a lot of weight.
You should definitely workout your core. Doesn't matter of you a femboy, cis male, cis female defining your abs if good for anybody.
Also do squats, they are great for the ass.
You should also stay away from anything that even slightly touches your shoulder and upper body muscles.
Tl;dr: Super light weights, running, core, squats, avoid heavy weight and shoulder/upper body workouts.
