how long have you been on HRT? the initial feel might be explained by antidepressant effects of estrogen but you get used to it and dysphoria comes back

they physical changes are very slow but they sure help with anatomic dysphoria even if you dont pass
social is another thing of course and it can be much tougher if you can't pass, but personally Im settling for looking like a boy-mode instead of becoming a masc man as I have no chance of transition for both social and physical reasons

also make sure you are not getting extra depressed as side-effect of your AAs
