Most insurance plans do not cover SRS. How about using your insurance plan to see a psychologist instead. I'm honestly not trying to be rude but you are very young and cutting your dick off is irreversible. I've had friends who detransitioned after social transition and thats not really something you can do once you have a neopussy. I would suggest pinpointing the sources of your dissociation and possible traumatic instances and trying to reintegrate with your body. Maybe practice some form of self care that calms you while you wait to see a psychologist.

I don't have to dilate that much. Once or twice a week, though I can get away with skipping a few weeks if I'm traveling. It's not a big deal. I don't get infections/discharges or anything.
