I've been on HRT for a year now, nd so far no changes in muscle mass.
It is horrible since I already have a girly face but muscle is staying there so I can't dress a shit
How long 'til I lose all that muscle? I just look like a man with tits and a cutey girly face. it is killing me!!

cant say definitely
you need shitton of catabolism - breaking down tissue for energy, so lots of long, low-load cardio
passive atrophy on low T doesnt work that well
