There are. They're most common in undeveloped world, especially Muslim world, but in developed countries they exist in US and in Japan.

There used to be a ton of all girl colleges (and, historically in the west all colleges were all boy) but it was struck down as discriminatory.

And to make it even better, apparently a lot of FtMs enroll in women only colleges. And then these same FtMs actively campaign against MtFs being allowed into the same colleges.
