The poster count is discouraging but here I go.

I want to transition MtF but I have longbowman tier masculine bone structure and wouldn't pass. Is there any point taking on all the problems both social and medical associated with HRT just for better skin and hair?

I just don't think encouraging people to undergo surgery is a healthy thing to do.

At the end of the day people need to know the firsthand experiences of both sides of people. There's a reason why the post op suicide rate is very high, a lot of trans people don't fully think the surgery through until it's too late and they have permanently mutilated themselves.

I just want to get the message out that people should think it over with a clear mind a few times before life changing surgery is taken

Yeah, that reason is interpreting the swedish study wrong. They compared rates against the general population, so no surprise it's higher. Compared to pre-ops the suicide rate is fairly low actually.

But people on this board like to spout misinformation like an easy way to troll. Pictures that have been posted a thousand times are very easy to debunk.

I do believe in complications after surgery, but not everyone experiences the same level of them or for the same time duration.

So I'm set to see an endo semi-soon and I was thinking of sperm banking before that. Does anyone here have any experience with that? I'm not sure what to expect. Any pro-tips or hints would be really appreciated, as this is uncharted territory for me.

I'm trans. I need help. But I don't know what will ease my suffering.

How you go to the dentist early in transition? I am not done with lazer hair removal so I use foundation to cover it up, but they will be putting their fingers and stuff by my face. My dentist knows I am trans (I called about changing the name on the records) so should I just go looking like shit? Should I go to the bathroom when I get to her office, wash off foundation, and then put it more on afterwards?
