IMO the most logical steps in terms of surgeries are:

Most of the implants and so on I research are done on that realself site.
I got it from a friend who happens to be even more of a fridge than me and she's a cis female. Her reasoning for getting implants was weird though she was worried her bf would leave her if she wasn't womanly enough.

Couldn't say, I've heard of random doctors doing it for like $500 since it takes almost no effort, I know most orchis run $4000 or so though. You're allowed to doctor shop and possibly negotiate price.

Make an account with some throwaway mail and start browsing, there's filters where you can choose which kind of procedures, like rhinoplasty, etc.

Also I have seen some cases where the girl hips got bigger just from the butt implants, for some reason it kinda shifts things around and it gives you that extra curve without need for the prosthesis on both hips and butt.

Only picture I have right now saved is from breast augmentation because I'm getting those first, I'm going for medium size ones for my band size, nothing showy but with a nice shape that will fill clothing.

As you see she got wider hips without need for extra implants other than butt.

There are some other cases where the change is even bigger.
I remember a super flat, hank hill ass woman with less hips than your average twinkhon and she went from that to pornstar tier bubble butt.
