Uncle Tom is a widely recognized archetype and using it to describe Blaire is effective at conveying a particular criticism.
Personally, I don't know Blaire and have never watched any of her videos, but anon's use of Uncle Tom immediately told me why there are so many negative threads about her on /lgbt/.
