Why would you ever want to go topless as a MtF in the first place. It's only socially acceptable for men to be topless in public, so unless you view yourself as a man don't go topless in public.

It might feel nice to wear a bikini top (I wear bras) but feeling like an ugly preggo bitch and the fact that I want real tits would counteract that.
