If they experience dysphoria then they're trans and the treatment is a transition. If they don't experience dysphoria then they're not trans even if they crossdress and self-identify with agp label or whatever.

If anything, agp causes more confusion by making some think dysphoria is a different non-trans thing if you're not exclusively attracted to attracted to men(or women for ftm tho even blanchard thought that wasn't real) or have certain sexual interests, especially with some of the meme versions around places like here that make up trutrans/faketrans bs.
