That is why you need a bit of both.
Like I am on 50mg of spiro daily and I get my blood tested regularly and my T levels are like 0.4-0.5. (Also 6mg estrace, and 100mg progesterone)

Progesterone doesn't really make the breasts bigger I think it mainly helps give them a better more full shape. (ie avoid cone tits a bit more) I think my have grown a bit more since I started progesterone.

I would be on cypro but I drink too much and given how low my spiro dose is I am not sure they make small enough pills for it to work given how potent it is. Progesterone also acts as an AA so I noticed even lower levels when I started it.
