Just look up contouring tutorials on youtube.

For clothes it's mostly just looking at outfit ideas on pinterest and such. Try to pick stuff that won't make you look like a man in a dress

Looks like you're a bit skinnyfat. Start losing some weight and exercise your butt. It might be hard to find fitting clothes with those shoulders though.
