It's not gay. It's undefined with respect to gayness. It's not straight either. Those terms don't apply.

In reality, it's also infeasible and therefore irrelevant. Genuinely genderless people very likely wouldn't even be human. People who merely identify as being genderless are not really genderless.

If intelligent robots arise, then maybe they'll count as genderless people. Ask again then.
