Its entirely about him, he's not only the creator but hes the main character and main antagonist. Its literally about his struggle with himself. The Rebuilds are terrible, I feel they're him giving over full power to the studio to do whatever will sell. They completely change her character, true fans of the character like me don't even consider Asuka Langley and Asuka Shikinami to be the same characters. She's entirely different, and nothing like she was in the original show. If Anno really rewrote the rebuilds to make people like his character, why did he rewrite said character and make her even less likeable?

But Anno went through so much to give us that story, he spilled his heard and exposed himself to the world and let down his AT field for us all to see his innermost feelings. Really though, the Rebuilds are horrible on every account. To me it feels like they favor Rei, they even had that insane love scene at the end of You can (not) Advance. Im pretty sure the Rebuilds are Anno giving control to the company, based on the fact that their plots are crap, their symbolism is shallow, and everything seems to be aimed to sell product and popularity. NGE was Anno's work alone, he was the writer and director. He had far more power when he made NGE, Anno was already a successful and respected anime director prior to making Evangelion. They would have never let him make it if he wasn't.

Blood clots are a real issue only if you're a heavy smoker, have a blood disorder or are over 50. Estrone converts to estradiol, not the other way around, so that doesn't make any sense.
If you already were on injections, 4mg a day would probably be around right. Get estradiol hemihydrate if you can, for pills, it's better than the valerate ester.

Yeah, the dose given is for the active part so it's the same. Doses can be split over the day. It definitely smoothes levels which can help mood wise.
