So about that trans youth support group I went to last night to help with questioning
After talking to a few people, it turns out I experienced my first anxiety attack while I was there. You know, really nervous leading up, couldn't bring myself to say something, gradually became unable to focus or breathe, slightly disassociate and go numb, had to manually pace my breathing and felt I shouldn't say anything or excuse myself outside since I was sat where I'd need to walk through the entire circle to exit
