Hypothetically, if an AMAB person took a few mg of estra alone without a T-blocker or anything else for about a year, would anything noteable happen to them ?

Assuming this person took the estradiol on a daily basis.
doesnt estrogen do nothing if your t levels arent low?
like amab already have estrogen, my levels were like 60 e before hrt.
or maybe it does considering i ended up pretty andro 5'2" and had baby conetits before i started hrt.
it would be converted to testosterone unless its a high dose of estrogen which is dangerous or with an anti androgen which is safe

There are no enzymes in humans that can convert estradiol backward to testosterone.

You'd need a high enough dosage to downregulate T. That ultimately depends on how much testosterone you have in you at the moment.
With low T men they can usually take standard dosages of E and progesterone without any AAs and be just fine and they'll get female level T and everything.
If you're within normal mens T range you'd usually need quite high dosages of E and progesterone. However if you managed to disrupt your T:E for a long enough time period inevitably it will downregulate T enough. You wouldn't see as much things like skin softening and fat redistribution until your T is low enough though. As far as dosages needed and the length of time needed it's really finicky and you need a lot of blood tests which is why doctors just give people AAs nowadays.

Depends humongously on your age.

Not necessarily. Many young people are low T and don't even realize it.
I grew up basically never masturbating and only found out I was low T upon investigating trans stuff years and years ago and my doctor wanted to put me on TRT.
He prescribed me test and I ended up just selling it on craigslist, thought it got me banned from the site lol

That's not why it would have very different effects.
