Difference between male and female skulls?

Humans are kinda mid-range when it comes to sexual dimorphism. Our males and females don't look exactly the same like parrots, but they're not crazy disproportionate to one another like pheasants or pinnipeds. If we were more like the former, transsexualism would never be a problem. If we were more like the latter, it would never be possible in the first place. We're at just the right balance between male and female traits that transitioning could come up in our societies in the first place.

You cannot change your skull shape, doing so would involve extremely complicated surgery and come with the risk of brain damage
