I've only been on hormones for a week but I've always had gynecomastia since a teen, the problem is my tits are uneven, would hrt even out my tits or will one always be slightly less developed than the other. For a visual example, my right "boob" is like the type one while my left is like a type 2

A lot of plastic surgeons do really nice work with asymmetrical breasts, it's a pretty common thing among cis girls.
