Replace typical grains with oats. Better yet, with Rye. And/or add some bran. There's also Triticale, if it's not too much of a frankenfood for you.

Tuber skins. Make fries for yourself and some acquaintences. Give them normal ones, from the inside of the Potatoes, Sweetpotatoes and Yams. Now, make yourself some fries from the outer half or quarter of the tubers, with 2-4 times the fibre!

Organic Mutsu apples, they'll have blister spot all over, if you have someone to share one with, they'll likely only want half a skinless one. Or make pie out of them, they're apt for that, and keep the skin for yourself. They can have considerable pesticide, especially if they're from the Great lakes region or China.

Depends on your ratios. I don't recall their specific nutrient values.
Saturated fats and monounsaturated fats are precursors to testosterone.
But what causes test to increase is a ratio of PUFA:SFA or PUFA:SFA that is less than 1:1
Polyunsaturated fats need multiple enzymatic reactions that are not energy efficient to end up as test

WEIRD. I always heard about polyunsaturates being a big deal because the practical effect comes when they typical are Omega 6s, and that leads to a disproportionally small ratio of Omega 3 in the total polyunsaturate load, disrupting biological fuctions.
