Depends by individual store. Women's sizes aren't exact measurement based. Just try stuff on, or failing that, consult the sizing chart, hope for the best, then return and buy new when you realise the chart was lies.

probably around a size 10-12.. but remember women's jean sizes can vary depending on the brand. Are you short? I were a size 32x32 in mens (size 6-8 TALL in womens) and im 5'7.
I recommend American Eagle Jeans, been wearing then for years (use to work there 40% off everything).I've never found a brand that fits quite like them, their very feminine forming and make my ass look really good.
