To be fair short hair is extremely popular with cis women right now, but if you're trans you'd probably do yourself a favor by growing it out yeah

Makeup though isn't worn by a lot of cis women, and if you aren't skilled with it you can actually create the opposite effect and make it even more obvious that you're trans (or end up looking like a drag queen).
