No any effect of masturbation is temporary.
During the refractory period it increases estrogen receptors in the brain temporarily
Everything else hormonally speaking is just temporary except maybe in some cases of excessive masturbation cause that could be caused by anxiety or stress which can affect hormones and your overall health as well.
