A lot of FtMs still have to voice train, T can get you partially there but usually isn't enough on its own, and regardless of that an FtM still has to change his tone, speaking patterns, etc.

I'll admit that I think an FtM transition is overall easier than an MtF one, but it certainly isn't "a thousand times" easier. And most of the difference comes from societal views more than biological and medical issues. In other words, it's a lot more socially acceptable for someone who is physically feminine to act or dress masculinely than it is for someone who's physical masculine to act or dress femininely.
