It feels like I'm driving my self insane, I'm 100% transgender, I want to be a woman, I am a woman, I have gender dysphoria, I'm happy on hormones, I was miserable when I wasn't so why do I spend every second of everyday making myself go over scenarios in which I never transition or de transition and I feel okay. Over analysing if so and so happened how would I feel? Trying to convince myself I wouldn't mind.

Should I just go to the doctors? I haven't got an ocd diagnosis but I'm sure I have it and even if I don't this is still driving me up the wall.

Just tell the doctor you go on /tttt/, that's as telling a symptom as any that you need serious help.

Yeah there's a difference between OCD and not wanting something to occur to you due to it basically wrecking your life. Like only weird trenders actually want to be trans, everyone else is just accepting a shitty situation.
It's like saying you're OCD because you don't want someone to shoot you.
