Transgender mtfs have a high co-morbidity of schizophrenia and autism (way higher than the usual population levels), particularly since they can cause dissociation.
Recent research, for anyone interested, has shown that NDMA receptors, which is typically abnormal in cases of schizophrenia (and autism), might be improved by taking estrogen.
So similarly, taking your schizophrenia meds, which improves your NDMA function, will improve your self-dissociation and therefore dysphoric symptoms.

Don't stop transitioning because of this though.
