Aikido on its own as a form of self defense, especially when you're weak and smol, may not be the most practical for you. I'm only basing this on the fact that it's an art designed around not damaging your opponent, which sounds like a handicap to me, rather than any experience in practicing it myself, so take that bit of advice with a grain of salt. I would say you should still try it out if you want to and you've got the cash for it, you may end up enjoying it.
I'd go for something like Krav Maga or Muy Thai; they teach you how to really fuck someone up. If they're a little too brutal for you then Jiu Jitsu and Judo are great choices too. Just make sure you learn striking as well as grappling. Fights can be spontaneous and situational, so it's good to learn from multiple styles. I believe most schools incorporate stuff from other martial arts as well so you should be set.

Regardless, if you're about to be raped then go for weak spots. Gouge the eyes, kick/knee the balls, punch/elbow the throat, etc.
You can headbutt too but make sure you only use your forehead and aim for the nose, otherwise you could hurt yourself. Aim too high and you could get a concussion, aim too low and you could cut your forehead a bit with their teeth (obviously it's better to aim a little lower than higher). You could also aim for the soft spot on their temple but that's a little riskier and more situational.
Look up some ways to protect yourself from grapples too, especially choke holds.
