There is a microsurgeon in Munich, Germany, that does a non-invagination method. His results seem to be very good, a had a few friends which were very happy with the results and they aren't hons, they are in their late teens / early twenties.
It sucks that you have to pay additional 3k but at least the rest is covered.
I'm not worried about Suporn retiring, i do prefer having the surgeon within my country if there are any complications. Imagine waiting weeks to fly back to Thailand to fix things or fix necrosis; I don't know if local hospitals are experts in SRS and able to fix those specific complications.

There are a few hon-boards online which offer pictures but yes, i haven't seen a lot and i didn't want to ask my friends. We talked a lot about different methods and his seems to be very good, hence why they did it at his clinic in the end.

Don't know if you know this but necrosis and granulation are really common in any skin related surgery so you can get pretty much any surgeon to fix it. Actually you can buy the 'cure' to granulation yourself and apply it. It's just little silver nitrate sticks. Both heal on their own but necrosis can do some pretty hefty damage before it heals and if the area can't get enough blood flow there's really nothing that can be fixed.

The issue with flying back would the expensive ticket and stay for your revision. If you like your local surgeon more it's almost always better to go to them.

It's not that he's better it's just that he has a proprietary technique that ads things most people would just consider fluff but others would rather have the 'full package' (take that term with a grain of salt.)

Basically the two things that make him special is that he builds a secondary sensate organ out of some material that would otherwise be thrown out. It has no direct correlation to anything on cis anatomy but does ad a bit more sensation to certain parts of your neo-vagina. Although that may sound like it's always a plus keep in mind that over sensitivity is just as big of a problem in neovagina as numbness.

The second thing he does which is sometimes adopted by other surgeons is a mesh skin grafting technique. Basically he cuts off your ball skin and cuts a bunch of holes into it. Think of the top crust of an apple pie. This is a common skin grafting technique and nothing too special but it has some downsides. The first is that much of your vaginal canal is actually constructed out of scar tissue. Since you can't see it and the way skin acts when built into a pocket it's not too much of an issue, it also makes recovery 2-3 times longer and requires 'dynamic dilation' which is basically spinning around a hard dildo in there to rip up the scar tissue and keep it soft and stretchy.

The benefit of this skin graft technique is simply that you almost always will have enough material to reach full depth no matter the size of the penis. It's pretty obvious he developed this technique because of all the asian patients he had at first.

IF neither of these things are important to you he's literally exactly as good (or bad) as all the other top tier surgeons with low complication rates.

Pick your surgeon based on your own needs, price, and preferred, aesthetic. Not memes.
