Probably hairloss they only just recently noticed that's been there, or telogen effluvium from having something traumatic(SRS) happen to the body. The shape your genitals are mangled into won't really have any effect on your hair unless you're hormone levels aren't under control, and even then post-SRS they should be.
Sounds like hair loss from the fact of having a surgery, stress/trauma/anesthesia etc.. not hormone related.
