Saw a gender therapist yesterday after two nights of no sleep and a sick stomach over that I could possibly be trans. I'm a 20 year male old currently living at home, attending college. My family is conservative and I live in the south so I'm scared of coming out. He mentioned that on my second visit we will be discussing me meeting with other transgender people to decide if I want to transition to female. We'll also discuss coming out to my family. How long do you think I'll have to wait before I get the mones /lgbt/? The anxiety is still killing me.

if you feel you need to transition, self-med from qhi.co.uk using a debit card, don't let your therapist force you to come out if it's going to be negative for your wellbeing overall, it should not be a requirement to put yourself in physical or emotional harm's way just to access treatment for a medical disorder
wait times to get HRT vary wildly from practice to practice, it could be 3 months, it could be 2 years; if you feel like he's starting to bullshit you and it could be a long time, self-med, permitting that you do feel gender dysphoria
