I know your pain OP, hormones will take years to fix you hairs on their own.

Rather than shaving you should pluck. I recommend buying an epilator, it will slow down regrowth, aswell as make them look smooth.

If you have the money you could get laser or electrolysis

First try an epilator, if that doesnt work well (i think it should), you gotta get them lasered off
Hormones aint gonna fix that
