V-necks pull the eye away from the shoulders. Darker tops make them look smaller. Sleeves with a diagonal cuff, or that are more open around the armpit.

Lighter colors around the waist, anything cinched. Belts and other details are good to draw the eye. Peplum tops or bottoms will make your hips wider to balance the shoulders.

Hmm darker tops might be a good choice. I have birth giving hips and nice ass, so I'm in luck. Dresses would be good if you had narrow hips I guess.

Never wear tank tops. Wear things that cover your shoulders. Dark colored tops, light colored bottoms, or light colors around the hips. V-necks and necklaces can also help. The goal is to draw attention inward and/downward, away from the shoulders by using colors and lines/shape.

Buy hip and butt padding to make your hips look wider. It will reduce the gap in size ratio between your shoulders and hips. Long sleeves or tank tops, it doesn't matter, it won't make your shoulders look narrower. Though black is slimming. Try wearing black or dark shirts if anything.

Distract with long hair, put focus on cleavage, try and do things to keep peoples eyes off the areas you don't want immediately noticed.

if you do go for camisoles/tanktops you typically want to pair them with oversized cardigans >pic related

any strapless dresses will draw attention to the shoulders so counter this with really feminine accessories like dainty thin necklaces or elegant chokers

if u have a flat bum like me shape wear is a god send and trust me girl u wanna start squatting everyday to get that curvy silhouette otherwise u will end up looking like a boy in a dress no matter what you do
